Death comes to us all. When he came to Mort, he offered him a job. After being assured that being dead was not compulsory, Mort accepted. However, he soon found out that romantic longs did not mix easily with the responsibilities of being Death's apprentice... |

My Opinion |
I like the cameo appearances that Death makes in other Discworld stories, so a book starring him should have been an instant hit, but it wasn't. I didn't find the story as interesting as other Discworld books I've read, but I'm not sure why. |
